Rob brings more than three decades of medical billing management, including leadership of a large medical management firm with more than 600 associates in anesthesia coding and billing. His enjoyment of working directly with clients and dedication to providing an extraordinary level of personal service motivated him to create MedHealth.

LESLIE DELUCO

Executive Vice President of Operations

With nearly a quarter-century in medical billing, Leslie has deep expertise in all aspects of revenue cycle management, claims resolution, and process management. Her experience includes deep knowledge of anesthesia requirements and utilizing Revenue Cycle Management software tools to meet and monitor these requirements. As part of this process, Leslie creates meaningful and Client specific reporting and data analytics.

ANIL DEZOYSA

System and Processes

After completing his degree in Food Sciences at Rutgers University in 1991, Anil turned to his passion for programming which his father began teaching him when he was nine years old. Since then, he has spent over 20 years in customized programming dealing in operational automation, HL7 interfaces, EDI (835/837), system integration and extensive reporting capabilities. The majority of Anil’s experience is focused in the Health Care industry.

JACKIE HARMON

Jackie has spent her professional career in revenue cycle management, including all aspects of staffing, software selection, and managing a business for profitability. Her deep knowledge of Anesthesia and Pain Management brings strong leadership, problem-solving, and efficiencies to the Clients and Team of MedHealth. Her talent for process development, implementation, and business analytics translates into Client success.

JOE LAMAGNA

Executive Vice President

After starting his career in public accounting and investment banking, Joe has spent more than 25 years managing and owning companies in the medical billing industry. A Certified Public Accountant, Joe has served as owner, investor, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

DEMOND MCFADDEN

Vice President of Information Technology

Technology plays a critical role in today’s healthcare finance, and Demond’s deep knowledge and extensive IT experience keep MedHealth’s system secure and operating at peak efficiency. He brings more than a decade of anesthesia billing operations, including implementing ADT interfaces across revenue cycle platforms such as Centricity, Cerner, Epic and Meditech.

JOE MERCER

Managed Care Contracting and Analysis

Joe’s healthcare management career began in 1990 with a San Diego software development firm that developed and marketed integrated physician billing and HMO managed care membership and related claims adjudication applications. In 1995, he joined a large a national anesthesia revenue cycle management company where he refined his managed care contract consulting skills and cemented relationships at the highest levels in the health insurance industry. Joe’s ability to listen and identify key areas of Client sensitivity, his advanced presentation skills and his deep experience result in instant credibility.
